Cancellation & Rescheduling

Any appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of all scheduled service(s).
15 minutes late will be subject to a rescheduling or altering your appointment to accommodate the following scheduled appointment.
If you're interested in rescheduling, you will have to book online and apply a card.
If you NO SHOW I will not rebook you in the future.

Refund Policy

I can never get back the time, energy and product that I used to perform the service. Because of that I do not offer refunds. I do offer adjustments if you reach out to me the week of your service if there is any issues, within reason.
