I'm so happy YOU found me!! I attended Aveda Institute Portland in 2016 and graduated in 2019. Hair wasn't my 'passion going into beauty school. MAKEUP brought me to this industry if im really being honest. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would be building a business from nothing. As a single mother I didn't even think that school was even possible!! BUT with the constant people that have entered my life saying that this is where I belonged I decided to walk into the doors of Aveda, not knowing that same week I would end up enrolling. For the past couple of years I've worked harder then I ever have! Working a full time job and attending 25+ hours of school with plenty of meltdowns along the way BUT I made IT!

2021, now 3 years into this industry I've finally RETIRED my "real job". That the most THRILLING but yet most hardest decision I had to make. Going from relying on someone else's company to financially keep you afloat to your OWN success was not an easy change. It all comes down to YOU now. For me that was not an easy pill to swallow. That was security to me, and now I've FINALLY let go. Now it's up to me to push my skills and business to the NEXT level!

To my clients. Be HONEST, I encourage YOU to give me your feedback so I can better serve you and your hair needs. If I feel like something is off with your color I'm either going to fix it right there and then, if time permits or fit you into my schedule asap for any corrections due to MY mistakes. Color is FIXABLE its NOT permanent. COMMUNICATION is so important, I rarely promise anything because hair can be so unpredictable AND alot of factors play into making your hair goals. I'd rather give you honest answers and realistic goals so you can decide if im the right fit for YOU. EDUCATION, staying up to date with whats trending when it comes to color and bringing that back to the chair is so important as a COLORIST. I've learned that this job hasn't been the easiest but its the most rewarding job. I still make mistakes and I'm not perfect but this isn't just a job to me, it's my PASSION.
